Now in this market the Condos have been going through some crazy market swings. We have seen the price for buying double and triple in price over the last 3 years from very affordable, to outrageous with buying market has being called overvalued. Now with developers building and building lots of condos, it now it takes over 3 years to actually sell out. Along with the POGO crack downs, the Chinese have left, they are creating quite a surplus.
