As a judge on the hit series MasterChef, Matt has shown Australia not only his dazzling wardrobe of cravats and scarves but also a dizzying knowledge of food and whats going to cut the mustard in commercial kitchens across the globe. Matt has written and reviewed for a number of the most prestigious publications in Australia and the UK, and his dozen years of experience as a reviewer has seen him pretty much eat his way around the world.
