This song was written through some self-reflection and realizing that I haven't been doing the best job at regulating my own emotions. Feeling like I have allowed myself some unjust neglect to the point where I am now starting to feel myself slipping past the point of return. The "Raging Bull" is essentially a metaphor for that feeling when you bottle stuff up to the point where it begins to hard to hold control over any longer.
