04 Jan 2023 Moved bottom case fan to be directly under card. So far temps no longer a issue

-- Contains actually drivers for many different products
-- Contains driver for Windows 10 x64 as the latest desktop windows OS
Use "Device Manager\Action\Add legacy hardware" to install driver
-- You may get the following and decide to quit...
"This operation requires an interactive window station"

Collected suggestions from Internet that seemed as a combination fix my install

At date of writing these types of issues are in line with age of the drivers so around 7-8 years

Your responsibility if something goes wrong and definitely Not recommended by Microsoft

Incorrect owner and permissions on:

C:\Windows\system32\drivers
C:\Windows\system32\DriverStore
C:\Windows\system32\DRVSTORE

Take over the ownership of your drivers and assign Administrators full control permissions on the folders.

Some have indicated install works after this step but not for me.

Start command prompt as admin:

takeown /f "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" /r /d y
icacls "C:\Windows\System32\drivers" /grant administrators:F /T

takeown /f "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore" /r /d y
icacls "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore" /grant administrators:F /T

takeown /f "C:\Windows\System32\DRVSTORE" /r /d y
icacls "C:\Windows\System32\DRVSTORE" /grant administrators:F

Look for file copy errors and manually copy them:

C:\Windows\INF\setupapi.dev.log

Lines with exclamation signs mean errors. Look for file copy errors
in last entries at end if file.

From my log file:

Use logged source and destination to manually resolve copy error.

Start with copy command in command prompt started as Administrator.

If above fails depending on analysis take further actions.

After fixing copy issue driver started for me after removing '?' devices from
device manager and doing a system reboot.
