Ukraine Says Russia Used an ICBM, US Charges Indian Billionaire Adani | The Opening Trade 11/21

Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile at the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, according to Ukraine’s Air Force command, in what would be a further major escalation of hostilities and an alarming signal to Kyiv’s Western backers. US prosecutors charged Gautam Adani with helping drive a bribery scheme, alleging he and others promised to pay over $250 million in bribes to Indian government officials to win solar energy contracts. The indictment accuses Adani, his nephew, and another executive of breaking federal laws, and the Adani Group's stocks and bonds plummeted, wiping nearly $30 billion off its market value.
