hey its the freakin uhh prog electric

one of the songs of all time. I have been away all summer, and have made a total of two (2) songs, one of which is very different and may be coming soon. This one is also very different but it has come now.

One thing I have realized is that I'm not that good at making music. "You're only realizing this now??" I hear you say, and yeah kinda. Well, I am good at sound design and very much enjoy it and well music maybe less so but like hand in hand kissing and hugging.

This song sound design-wise however is actually somewhat disinteresting. the bass is however custom patch with like fm and filters and stuff. BUT,,, one of the coolest things I can say ever is that this song uses an awesome patch for that wind sound in the background. It is made on Surge, and it has FM noise made from high feedback filtered down with smoothed random modulation on the filter cutoff and resonance. Now, because the noise comes from FM, you can in fact still here the oscillators notes, and throughout the song it is always holding down 3-4 notes. I'm not sure if it is audible in this render, but every once in a while you might be so lucky as to hear a special extra chord heavily revered when the wind picks up.

The video has the critter and guitari video scope in the crt, and a couple wooden figures spinning on the record player.

ONE MISTAKE I NOTICED as I uploaded this to insta is that at the end when it plays the begining again it's supposed to fade in the whatever you call it which is why it plays for longer. This is a rough mistake but it's a real shame because I will not be doing ANYTHING about it.
