This video is an excerpt from my graduation recital. Miroirs is a set of five piano pieces by Maurice Ravel, composed between 1904 and 1905.
Each movement brings unique soundscapes: Une barque sur l'ocean portrays the vastness and motion of the ocean, Oiseaux Tristes evokes solitude and melancholy, while La vallée des cloches reflects the distant chimes of bells in a peaceful valley.
