Oat milk is rich and creamy alternative milk that taste delicious in coffee, smoothies, cereals, and more! Using only four ingredients: rolled oats, water, dates (or male syrup, and salt, this recipe provides you with delicious homemade oat milk made in less than 5 minutes!

Ingredients for Homemade Oat Milk

1 Cup Rolled Oats
4 Cups Water
1-2 Dates (or 1-2 tbsp male syrup)
Pinch of Salt

Combine ingredients into a blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes.
Using a cheese cloth or thin cloth, strain the oat milk until all small chunks and oat particles removed. (stain twice for smooth, creamy oat milk)
Store in an airtight container for u to a week.

Oat milk is great in coffee, smoothies, cereal, or enjoyed with pastries.
