How to Turn Leftover Cakes into Cookies

My Friend, Folu, came over to my house with cakes from her wedding (this wedding was 2weeks ago). She knows I love cakes and I guess that was the reason she brought it over.

Because I have wanted to turn leftovers to a proper snack or meal, I decided to give this a trial and it came out so nice. We literally finished it😂.

Here is the list of the ingredients I used.


3-4 cups of Cake crumbs (after blending)
1/2 cup of oil/butter
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
1/2 cup of rolled oats soaked in 1/4 cup of milk
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
