This is an extended edit of Kevin Gildea's interview with Eddie Izzard celebrating 25 years of the Comedy Cellar in Dublin.

Kevin Gildea, along with Ardal O'Hanlon and Barry Murphy was part of a comedy trio called 'Mr Trellis' and co-founders of the club in the nineteen eighties.
The director's idea was to ask Eddie to try and keep his answers self-contained and to try and avoid referencing Kevin's presence in the room because he was not going to be seen in the interview. Eddie had other ideas!
