[TNO] State of Eurasia Anthem - Let Us Remember

Описание к видео [TNO] State of Eurasia Anthem - Let Us Remember

FICTIONAL CONTENT
Theoretical anthem of Lev Gumilyov's State of Eurasia from video game Hearts of Iron 4: the New Order.

Eurasia is one of the few Russian nations in TNO that lacks a proper anthem in the fanon, since its reunification theme is an orchestral piece with no lyrics (and not even a march) and there's no popular song associated with it in fandom like with Sacred War and Omsk. I did some googling, looking for anything that could fit Gumilyov's Eurasia, but apparently, even the real Eurasian movement has very few songs associated with it.

During my search, however, I stumbled on a very interesting phenomenon: what I could describe as "pseudo-folk songs". Basically, these are Soviet songs made from the point of view of some historical figures, like Roman legionaries or Scythian warriors. Some of these were written by archaeologists, others by writers of historical novels, but they have this "folksy" quality that made them work really well as anthems.

This particular song originally comes from the novel "Genghis Khan" by Soviet writer Vasily Yan, published in 1939, and is an in-universe Mongol marching song. Some sources claim it has some real inspiration, but I have been unable to find the supposed Mongolian origin. The song was then put to music (since the book only describes the lyrics) by Russian singer Aleksandr Ugryumy, and this particular rendition is by two singers named Pikhta and Trez. The recording is rather poor, so the sound quality is so-so.

Ideally, to work as an anthem for the State of Eurasia, the direct references to Mongols should have been removed and replaced with "Eurasian", but the sheer aggressiveness and energy of this song were enough for me to use it over all other candidates.

The coat of arms of the State of Eurasia is also by me, since it does not have any in the game itself.

This is not supposed to be an endorsement of any political views. I condemn all kinds of hate movements, including real-life Neo-Eurasianism.
