sorry, idk why i started off with a big fat ’12 months’ lie - BUT i’ve been doing project pan for about half a year now, and honestly… there are so many things i wish i’d known before i started. if you’re new here, project pan is all about using up the products you already own (makeup, skincare, perfume, haircare, all of it) instead of constantly buying new ones. the goal? to hit the pan (aka to finish the product) before replacing.

in this video, i’m sharing my biggest lessons, fails, and wins from 5–6 months of project pan. from why a stock take is non-negotiable, to how to tackle your near-empties, to what to do with products you don’t love anymore. i’ll also chat about balancing project pan while working as a beauty influencer (spoiler: it is possible) and why this challenge has already saved me money, space, and a lot of eco-guilt.
