I Was Making This Recipe All Wrong! Bay Area Style Garlic Noodles

Recently, I went to San Fransisco and tried Garlic Noodles form the Original Restaurant (Thanh Long) and was shocked at how different they were than what I was used to. I immediately came home and tweaked my recipe to make it more authentic. While my spin was delicious, it was a bit too sweet, and way more saucy. If you want to compare them, give this one a try.
