The Morse code key has undergone considerable development since the first Morse telegraph messages were sent. Watch this fascinating video with many different types of antique and vintage Morse key and keyer included that have been seen down the ages.

Diagrams of the very earliest Morse Correspondent keys are shown, along with a Camelback key - a real vintage Morse key dating from around 1860 as well as an early steel lever key, a vintage British Post Office key and many more. Military Morse keys including the WT8 Amp key from WW2 and the famous Bathtub key used in RAF WW2 bombers. Finally mechanical bugs including the Vibroplex and electronic keys or keys are shown.
