2013 Ford Escape hit by third recall - Autoweek TV with Greg Migliore

I'm Greg Migliore, and you're watching Thursday's edition of Autoweek TV.

The 2013 Escape has hit a few bumps right out of the gate. The freshly launched SUV is being recalled for the third time, Ford said yesterday. This time it's to fix a problem that could cause a fire in the engine compartment. About 7,600 Escapes with the 1.6-liter engine are affected by the recall.

Jaguar revealed a hybrid prototype of the XJ sedan at an event in the U.K. This is just an engineering prototype, but it makes 334 hp. Total range is about 680 miles, with 25 miles on just electricity. Regardless, we still are salivating to drive the F-type.
