How To Sign A Document on iPhone

Описание к видео How To Sign A Document on iPhone

I’m going to show you how you can easily sign PDF documents and more using just your iPhone.

We’ll start by taking a look at a PDF here that I have in my email. This could be a document that was emailed to me that needs to be signed, or in this case, a document I emailed to myself that I need to add my signature to. The process is the same either way.

Open the email, and scroll to the PDF preview, or tap it if it appears as a link.

Once you do, it’ll open up the PDF as a file.

Next, down here at the bottom, you’ll see the markup icon. Choose that.

Now, you could use the marker tool here, and sign it this way. But we want to create an actual signature that we can use repeatedly and be consistent.

Tap the plus sign here, and then on the pop up menu that appears, choose add signature.

The first time you do this, you’ll get the new signature screen. At this point, sign below on the signature line.

If you want to redo your signature, hit clear, but if you’re good, hit done on the top right of the screen.

It’ll then drop your new signature onto the document. Next, tap the signature, and you can move and resize it to fit where you need it to go.

When you’re finished, hit done on the top right.

You can then easily reply to the email that was sent to you by choosing reply, create a new email to send to someone else, or save to files, where you can choose to save the signed document to your iCloud files.

Now in the future, if you need to sign a document, just head back into here, choose the plus sign down on the bottom right, and choose add signature.

Now inside of here you’ll see your saved signature. And if you need to delete it or create a new one, just choose this and make your choices.

And that’s how you add a signature and sign documents on your iPhone.

Thanks for watching! Give it a thumbs up if you found this helpful!
