Daihatsu Hijet Micro Camper Conversion Project Part 1 - Van Introduction

Dihatsu Hijet micro camper conversion peoject Part 1. This video is the introduction of my latest camper conversion project, a Daihatsu Hijet. This will be my second Hijet camper conversion this year and having done one, this conversion should not take long to convert from a day/fishing van to a fully DVLA registered campervan. The Hijet is a 2003 with just 58,000 miles on the clock. The engine runs sweet, the interior is nice and almost unmarked and the previous owner attempted to panel & insulate the rear to make it a more comfortable fishing van which was its main use by the previous owner. I intend to convert this Hijet and completely change the colour with a full respray once the conversion is complete.
