Friday and Sunday nights were always terrifying for him, and that night was no different. As he left the village in a rickshaw, he saw Kamli—his beloved—standing under the Sheesham tree where they used to meet. She stared at him silently. He never imagined it would be their last meeting.

Later, he was hit by a speeding bus while crossing a road and was unconscious for fifteen days. After recovering, he longed for Kamli but heard nothing from her for months. Strange things began happening—terrifying dreams, choking sensations in his sleep, and sightings of a horrifying girl with a scarred face who threatened revenge.

One night, he saw Kamli again near the house. Overjoyed, he ran to her, but her body was icy cold. It wasn’t Kamli—it was the same terrifying spirit. He fainted, and mysteriously woke up miles away, hanging from a tree. No one believed his story, and he slowly lost his grip on reality.

Later, he received a letter from an old friend revealing Kamli had died by suicide after being abandoned and pregnant. Her spirit now haunted him, blaming him for her tragic end. His mental and physical health deteriorated, and one night, he disappeared from his locked room.

Six months later, he awoke near a railway station with no memory of how he got there. Dirty, lost, and mistaken for a thief, he begged his way back home—only to learn a horrifying truth from his mother...
