Join me for my comparison review of a 1975 Matchbox F4M/K Phantom and Airfix's bang up to date FGR.2 Version, both in 1/72 as we compare 1970's manufacturing to 21st Century moulding technology...
You might not be afraid of Ghosts but I guarrantee the Airfix PHANTOM will really scare you when you see the number of stencils you have to apply! YIKES!

Also: Please try not to laugh at my mediocre (to put it mildly!) modelling skills when you see my completed Matchbox Phantom...It was built many years ago, but I still like it as it reminds me of the positive progression of my modelling skills over the years (Wince!). Lol
(Note: It has a lump of 'Blu-Tak' under the tail because it needs to help it balance on it's stand, a bit of a Matchbox slip up with the stand mounting position there!), another chuckle for you there!
