If there’s one party trick to learn with craft cocktails, lighting cinnamon on fire over your drink has got to be the one!

THE DARK ‘N’ STORMY
2oz Gosling’s black seal rum
4oz ginger beer
1/2oz lime juice

Add the lime juice and ginger beer to a highball, fill with ice, and float with the rum. For extra flair, add a hollowed out lime with a sugar cube soaked in Goslings 151, set on fire and sprinkle cinnamon over top. ALWAYS take care when fire is involved and make sure you have a fire extinguisher nearby!

Fun fact: In order for this to truly be called a dark and stormy, you must use Gosling’s, as they have a trademark on the drink and the name!
