Simple, quick and comforting, these golden cakes go well with sweet chilli
Minced meat or vegetables may be used in place of tuna fish.

Ingredients:
2 large Boiled Potatoes
Oil
1 Medium Onion, Diced
1 Tsp Garlic Paste
2 Chillies, Chopped
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Tumeric Powder
Salt
Black pepper
About 1 Tsp of Water
2 Tinned Tuna in Oil, Drained completely
Juice of half a lemon
Coriander, Chopped
25g Cheese (Optional)

Dip in Egg wash and coat into breadcrumbs.

** Tips** Make sure allow the potatoes mash and onion mixture are completely cool before adding the tuna to avoid the fishy after taste..
