Kyle Buehner, Food Procurement Manager at Hunger Task Force, discusses the protein needs, and providing culturally appropriate meats for communities served by their network.

Abdullah Hussaini, Jr VP of Marketing at Equity Livestock, discusses the benefits of both ethnic and commercial livestock markets. Equity Livestock is Wisconsin’s largest livestock marketing agency.

Stephanie Bowers, owner of Glorious Goat Ranch, shares her experience direct marketing sheep and goat while also utilizing sale barns and contracting with Wisconsin LFPA.
