Expect delays and congestion at the top of the ring road in Watford.

One lane is conned off for building site delivery vehicles, restricting general traffic to two lanes.

Permission to concrete was given by the Borough Council each day until 4pm.

The concreting will continue until the end of this week.

Once completed the road lane will become open again.

And the start of construction of Regal London's 25 storey tower in Clarendon Road, Watford.
