In partnership with Discover Gila County, the San Carlos Apache Tribe and the the Globe-Miami Regional Chamber of Commerce, we are pleased to bring you this video highlighting the history of Peridot Mesa, the Apache people in San Carlos, Arizona, and the Apache language.

This video was filmed at Peridot Mesa on the San Carlos Apache Reservation in Arizona.

Join us Sunday, March 7, 2021 in Peridot Mesa to enjoy the beautiful poppy bloom. The Poppy Walk will run from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm and non-tribal members will need to purchase a day pass to gain access. Plan ahead and get your pass now. San Carlos Recreation and Wildlife Day Passes are only available from the Rec and Wildlife office in Peridot. Day passes cost $10.
