Oats & Almond Biscuits

Ingredients :
Oats – 3/4th cup
Almonds – 1/4th cup
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
Jaggery Powder – 1/4th cup
Milk Powder – 3 tbsp
Cinnanmon powder - 1/4th tsp
Salt -1/4th tsp
Melted butter – 1/3rd cup
Cold milk –2 to 3 tbsp

Melted chocolate (Sugar-free)
Almond slivers

Method :
Grind oats, almonds, wheat flour, milk powder, jaggery, cinnamon powder & salt & make a fine powder.
Add melted butter & mix till crumbly in texture.
Add cold milk in intervals to form a dough.
Roll the dough, cut it in circles.
use 2 baking papers to bake to avoid cookies from burning from bottom.
Bake @170*C FOr 15-18 mins. Cool completely
Dip in melted chocolate & garnish with almond slivers
