Allies on your subgroup get about 200-300 dps each which get attributted to them, not the tempest.

Still a lot of possible improvements that might push it to 45k.

Rotation concept:
Swap attunement after finishing Air overload to trigger Fresh Air, then back to Air
Don't leave Air without overloading
Outisde of Air only use Fire 2 3 5
