SAVED THE TRIP with Scamp Grouper! (Catch Clean and Cook)

I had Ray and Jay out with their family for a swordfish trip aboard the "Broad Minded". The day before we I caught 2 swordfish so I was expecting a decent bite but it wasn't. We catch a couple mahis and a few squid while swordfishing, and then on the way home stop for some "deep dropping" which saves the trip! We catch a couple nice scamp grouper and a handful of snapper. I didn't plan on filming on the cooking part but the next day Jamaican Mike had the grouper throat and backbone on the grill so I show what I can!
