Bulawayo Sweet Rhythms Band - this original version led by the song’s Rhodesian composer August Msarurgwa peaked at #17 in ‘54. However, the same track had previously been issued in 1950 with the label’s artist credit showing as “The African Dance Band of the Cold Storage Commission of Southern Rhodesia”
