Assume vs Presume, Part 2: THIS is the REAL difference!

I got it! THIS is the real difference between "assume" and "presume"! All the other explanations you've heard or read are wrong. The difference between these words is NOT "based on probability". BOTH words account for something probable. But the words are NOT the same, so I've been racking my brain for the last couple of days trying to figure out what really differentiates the two, and I think I've finally figured it out!
