Risang Waterfall (Jharna) - The Adventure of Alutila Khagrachari

Risang Fall (Risang Jhorna) - is one of the strongest fountain of Khagrachari, Bangladesh. Many tourists are travelling there everyday. The natural beauty surrounded by the Falls or spring is amazing. Don't miss it and enjoy.

The risang waterfall is located in the Matiranga Upazila of Khagrachari District and it is 9 km far from the Khagrachari Sadar, 7 km from the Parjatan Motel and 2 km far from the Alutila. You'll hear the murmuring sound of the fountain if you go north from the main road. There are two fountains there. To facilitate the tourists the government made a long concrete steps from the road to the fountain. For this the travelers can easily reach there. Another waterfall is 200 yards far from the first one. The risang fountain is far from the sadar town is around 11 km. You can easily reach to the fall with your own vehicle. A little walking between the hills will increase the attraction of the journey.

Anyone will be amazed by viewing the green valley to the thousand feet bellow. It is 2 km far from the main road and the whole path is foot walk. The water is falling from 30 feet high in this natural waterfall. Totally rocky environment. After falling the water roll around 100 feet and go to the plane land. It is its unique characteristics which will surpass your imagination.
