Ingredients
2 salmon steaks
2 tbsp soybean paste
2 small head salted mustards
4 tbsp chopped scallions
2 tbsp chopped garlics
2 chopped red peppers
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp sugar
1 cup water
4 tbsp cooking oil

Directions
Wash and dry salmon steaks.
Wash and chop scallion/garlic/red pepper/ginger/head-mustard.
Put 2 tbsp soy bean paste and 1 tbsp water in a bowl , mix well.
Pour 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, add fish at medium heat , fry each side for about 2 minutes, and plate.
Pour 2 tbsp cooking oil in wok, at first add 2 tbsp soy bean paste / 2 tbsp garlic / 3.5 tbsp scallion / 1 tbsp ginger at medium heat, stir for ~1 minute, and then add some chopped red pepper / chopped 2 head mustard, stir for ~2 minutes, pour in 1 cup water , then add the fish , boil for ~10 minutes covered with lid , after 10 minutes, plate the fish.
Add 1 tsp sugar and some corn starch water in the sauce, stir well, then pour the sauce on the fish
Garnish with green onion/ red pepper. Enjoy!
