2 Plate Method Testing 2 Way Switching for Continuity of CPC, Polarity and Insulation Resistance

In this video we look at a lighting circuit using the 2 plate method that is controlled by 2 way switching. I demonstrate how to test for continuity of the CPC, polarity and insulation resistance. It is very important that all electronic devises are removed before carrying out our insulation resistance test. I also demonstrate how the insulation resistance test should be carried out to help with end point assessment for City and Guild 8208, 5357, AM2 and AM2S for apprentice electricians plus learner training.
