Create SLOW MOTION Footage in Premiere (and resolve choppy clips)
So this video is designed for people who have shot videos in 24, 25 or 30fps and want to slow that footage down.
Of course the correct way is to double your frame rate, but what about if you can't and you still want to slow it down in Adobe Premiere Pro? This video is the fix for you.
