Veg Kurma / korma 👌😍

Ingredients:
cauliflower 1 cup
potato 1/4 cup
green peas 1/2 cup
carrot 🥕 1 medium
capsicum (red, yellow green ) 1 cup
Tomato 1
onion 🧅1 cup

For white gravy :
coconut 🥥 1/2 cup
cashew 10-12
poppy seeds (khas khas ) 2 tsp
coriander seeds 1.5 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
fennel seeds 1 tsp
Bengal gram ( split ) 1 tbs
black pepper 10-12 corn
green cardamom 3
cloves 3-4
garlic cloves 7
ginger 1 inch
green chilli 1-2

Other ingredients
oil 2 tbs + 2 tbs
salt to Taste (1 tsp aprrox )
red chilli dry (boriya / gol mirch ) 3-4

Method :
make fine paste with the ingredients given in the list above ( white gravy ingredients )
heat oil and saute veggies .
take out veggies and heat oil again
add chopped onion & red chilli , cook till translucent
now add tomato , turmeric , chilli powder & salt
cook till tomatoes are tender
add white masala paste
cook for about 4-5 minutes
add 1 cup water , bring to boil
add sautéed veggies
cover & cook till soft
vegetable kurma / korma is ready !
serve with parotta 😍👌
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
chilli powder 1/2 to 1 tsp
