1/10 Scale Element Ecto | Ep. 8 - (Step by Step) How to Install 25% Overdrive Gears!

In this video, I will show you step by step installation of 25% Overdrive gears on Element Ecto. I have noticed during my test, my Element Ecto is not where it needs to be on very steep cimbs, and it can benefit significantly from a bit more overdrive.

The RTR version ships with 5.7% overdrive gears installed, and also comes with extra parts to increase the overdrive to 11.83% in the parts bag.  I have found that I prefer a bit more overdrive on my crawlers, so I am going to skip the 11.83% option, and go directly to Team KNK's overdrive gears which will provide me with 25% overdrive. The other option is Hot Racing's UD2 gears which will also provide 25% overdrive. So enjoy!
