Chris Tucker: Comedian and actor, known from his role in Rush Hour series. Met the Arvizos as a stand-up comedian at The Laugh Factory before Gavin got cancer and was later introduced to Michael Jackson through Gavin Arvizo. Stayed close to the Arvizos throughout the February/March 2003 timeframe of the alleged molestation and notably chartered a plane for the Arvizos to travel to Miami. Remained friends with Michael Jackson at the time of trial.

Timothy Rooney: Senior criminal investigator for Santa Barbara County District Attorney's Office. Participated in the execution of the search warrant of Neverland on November 18, 2003, being involved in the review of documents and logs in the security office among other things. Previously testified on April 21 (Day 36).

These videos have been created entirely in Python, using Google Text-to-Speech for speech synthesis. In terms of what was said during the trial, they fully correspond to the original transcripts without modifications or omissions. That said, modifications have been made to formatting (e.g. spacing and capitalization), to correct for certain in-text typos (e.g. Wade Robeson ⇒ Wade Robson) and to the naming of speakers associated with each piece of text. As an example of the latter, notations like "Q.", "A." and "THE WITNESS:" have been spelled out (e.g. "Mr. Mesereau:", "Jay Leno:" and "Jay Leno:").
