This was our first time fishing Lake Wauberg in the Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park in Florida. We got out on the water just before sunrise on a beautiful foggy morning. We had heard that there is bass & crappie in the lake. Since we weren't very prepared for the crappie, we targeted one of my favorite fish to eat...bass. That's right...I'm a bass eater.
