It's not a pump and dump!!
XLM has been undervalued for months now. It's a great cryptocurrency backed by tremendous partnerships and good news. It has a real value, a real use.
The rise is caused by great expectations for this currency and another fact that seems to be IGNORED by people who asks why the price is rising so much : LEDGER added XLM support. We couldn't properly store XLMs before that, alot of people were just waiting for being able to store their lumens properly.
Also, the symbolic line of 1B$ market cap has been crossed.
Remember, in may, when XRP went from 0.02 to 0.06 ? After this, it took less than two weeks for it to reach 0.4$ (due to the escrow announcement), and then XRP went down to 0.2 (still 10 times more than in may). The comparison is good, because XRP and XLM are direct rivals, and I believe they will both succeed and try to overpass one another, for the better of us all.
2018 will also be a great year for Stellar Lumens : many partnerships will be announced, the crypto market will grow more and more, ICOs (even if I don't personnaly like it) will be made, ...
