How do you make a complete transformation of a building in need of major modernisation without demolishing it? This was the question we asked ourselves when we were invited to partner with Scius in their work on the Fenix office complex. The challenge was to modernise both the exterior and interior of a dilapidated building in poor condition, without compromising its heritage and industrial expression.

¿Cómo se hace una transformación completa de un edificio con grandes necesidades de modernización sin derribarlo? Esa fue la pregunta que se hicieron los arquitectos del Studio Stockholm cuando fueron invitados a asociarse con Scius en su trabajo con el complejo de oficinas Fenix Sthlm. El desafío era lograr una modernización, tanto externa como interna, de una propiedad desmantelada en malas condiciones, sin comprometer su patrimonio y expresión industrial.
