Rear lunges to elevated to overhead weighed with rotation
Alt rear lunges with shoulder presses
Stationary lunges with tempo weight rotations
Switch sides

Banded knee lifts to bent knee side lifts
Elevated side planks on chair or bench
Plank hold
Switch sides

Kneeled lateral reaches with light weight
Add rotation crunch
Wipers
