In this Episode of DJs BrewTube I review an excellent beer, Bell's Brewery Two Hearted Ale. Bell's Brewery Two Hearted Ale is an AIPA and it clocks in at 7.0% ABV Bell's describes Two hearted Ale as follows:

"Bell's Two Hearted Ale is defined by its intense hop aroma and malt balance. Hopped exclusively with the Centennial hop varietal from the Pacific Northwest, massive additions in the kettle and again in the fermenter lend their characteristic grapefruit and pine resin aromas. A significant malt body balances this hop presence; together with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this leads to a remarkably drinkable American-style India Pale Ale."

Lets's see if the Bells Brewery Two Hearted Ale lives up to the prose. My written Review of Bells Brewery Two Hearted Ale and Report Card Follows:

Bell's Brewery Two Hearted Ale Written Review:

A: Bell's Brewery Two Hearted Ale pours a hazy amber / orange color wit a two finger white head, nice lacing, some alcohol legs and active carbonation below the surface.

S: Big hops, citrus, pine with bready sweet maltyness in the background. No alcohol is detectable in the nose.

T: Follow the nose quite well. Citrus / piny hops and sweet malt meld nicely to form a very well balanced flavor. No alcohol is detectable in the taste.

M: Medium with smooth carbonation and easy to drink.

O: Bell's Brewery Two Hearted Ale is a Top Notch every day, go-to easy drinking IPA. Its the type you can give to someone who is fairly new to the hap flavor thing and start to convert them to a Hop Head. Try it you'll like it.

Glass = Tulip.

Serving Temp = 45F.

Serving type: Can 16 oz
