OVEN BAKED MOZZARELLA STICKS:
12 string cheese, cut in half
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Seasonings of your choice (I used oregano, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper)

Preheat oven to 400F. Cut the string cheese in half. Add the flour to one bowl, the eggs to another bowl and the bread crumbs and seasonings to the third bowl. Dip the cheese stick into the flour and shake off the excess, next in the egg and shake off the excess, last into the bread crumbs and shake off the excess. Place them on a lined cookie sheet in the freezer for 30-45 minutes and then bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and spray with a little cooking spray and then bake another minute or so. Serve with marinara sauce.
