What is Pokémon Black Version Randomizer? Alot of random cause I played this alot as a kid and wanted a challenge.
ALL Base stats and abilities are random and might hold items.
WONDER GUARD IS ALLOWED!!!
Starters, trades, and Static Pokemon are random!
ALL MOVE POWER, ACCURACY, AND MOVE PP IS RANDOM
RIVAL is fully random but keeps their starter.
TM/HM are random and can be normal items.
All encounters are Random.
All encountered Pokemon get a bump in Levels
STATIONARY POKEMON ARE EXTRA HIGH LEVEL
