Traditional British Homemade Sage & Onion Stuffing

Описание к видео Traditional British Homemade Sage & Onion Stuffing

What is the traditional accompaniment to a Brit's roast chicken?

Generally it's "Paxo"; a dry blend, convenience food, of breadcrumbs, dried onion and sage that is mixed with water and butter and baked in the oven for around 30mins. It comes out dry and tasteless, in my opinion.

This is the traditional version of the recipe made by our mums, grans and great grans. It is full of flavour, moist and delicious. Served for Sunday lunch/dinner and at Christmas Dinner with your roast chicken or turkey , then served cold in sandwiches the day after with the left overs.

I show you how easy and cheap it is to make step by step and give you pointers on how to store it, so it is ready for the big day.
