LOTR Evil Commander Guide 2.0 (TLDR Version)

Commander guide for LOTR Rise to War 2.0, this is the TLDR version since my other video was 40 minutes long!!

I've included 1x build I'm using in tactics evolved, but mainly it's a bit of an overview rather than an in depth analysis.

IMPORTANT:
In this video I've used an old formula to represent the interaction between Attack & Defence.
The equation should be:

For each +1 Attack above the Enemy's Defence, Damage Dealt +0.7%
This then has a soft cap of +100, after which damage is only increased by 0.16%

I haven't been able to get confirmation on the equation for when Defence is higher than Attack.
