Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash 2

For the first time in its 3 year history, the Mizuno Wave Rebellion Flash now closely resembles its racing sibling. But because this shoe is designed for mid foot strikers, it’s not exactly the training companion to the Wave Rebellion Pro for me. Nevertheless, Mizuno has made a pretty good shoe here that I enjoy for easy and recovery efforts.
