Sub Accent is the French artist behind the Accents Records label (who have just released an amazing full length from Evitceles) Recorded in 2018 'Contemplative Ceremony' is his first for Kikimora after releases for Noorden, Cenotaph, and his own imprint.

From artwork to the isolated and visionary sound of the release it is above all a contemplative vision of landscape. The soundtrack of the solitary observer encircled by deep, alchemic dub
that is both melancholic and blissful. Glimpses of harsh textures filter through as the release concludes with the rushing broken beats of "Wavecore" which is revisited as Mitchell Akiyama (Raster Noton, Sub Rosa) destroys the double helix and presents an alternative version to close the scene.
