15. History of Ananda Marga

#SADVIPRA TRAINING is a 7-level #Ananda Marga yoga-meditation-service course. All online & in-person programs are free of charge. Donations welcome.

After completing each level, you will receive a higher meditation lesson. The lessons are individually taught according to your personal needs.

Before joining any program in the Center, you will benefit by first going through the Level 1 Course of 3 videos and especially the #guided #meditation.

By singing kiirtan & practicing meditation twice daily, you will immediately start progressing. The best two times are 1) just after waking & washing 2) just before dinner.

Besides the online portion of the course, come to your local #Jagriti (yoga center) for the in-person portion: group meditations, #yoga classes and #service #programs. (In Cebu, it's in Guadalupe.)
