After late night parleys between BJP leader Ram Madhav and senior PDP leader Muzaffar Beig, consensus arrived on common minimum program. It seems that all modalities of an alliance discussed and agreed upon. However, both parties remain adamant on Chief Minister's post. While BJP wants a Jammu Chief Minister, PDP is unrelenting on full 6 year term for Mufti Mohamad Sayeed as the CM.
