Open Snapchat App: Launch the Snapchat app on your mobile device.

Go to the Chat Section: Tap on the chat icon at the bottom of your screen to open the chat section.

Open a Conversation: Select the conversation with the friend whose chats you want to autosave.

Access Friend's Profile: Tap on your friend's name at the top of the chat screen to open their profile.

Open Settings: Tap on the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.

Go to Chat and Notification Settings: From the dropdown menu, select "Chat and Notification Settings."

Select Delete Chats Option: Tap on the "Delete Chats" option.

Choose 24 Hours After Viewing: From the options, select "24 hours after viewing." This setting ensures that your messages will be saved in the chat for 24 hours before they are deleted.

Verify the Setting: Go back to the chat and send a message to your friend. The message will now be saved in the chat for 24 hours before being deleted.

Following these steps will allow you to autosave chats on Snapchat for a full day before they are removed. This is the only way to ensure that your chats are saved automatically on Snapchat.
